This Data Protection Policy is aimed at providing you with information about the personal data that are processed on our website and for what purpose.

  1. Processing personal data

Personal data are information that can be used to establish your identity. When you visit our website, make contact enquiries, register and/or order online, we collect the following data:

  1. Data processing purpose

The aforementioned data are used to enable you to visit our website, manage your customer account, process transport orders, track where your shipment is, for statistical analysis regarding the use of the website and to be able to detect, prevent and investigate attacks on our website.

  1. Data storage

Personal data shall be stored for the duration of the current registration and then deleted. If the data are required to comply with existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoices and consignment notes etc.), such data shall also be stored beyond such a period.

  1. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your personal data is our predominantly legitimate interest (Article 6(1), point (f), GDPR) in processing your data for the purposes mentioned in point 2.

  1. Data security

Flott Trans Logistik has put in place measures in the past to ensure an adequate level of protection for the security of data processing (Article 25 and Article 32, GDPR).

  1. Data recipients

We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries, for order processing, shipment tracking and invoicing.

Personal data shall not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent unless it is necessary for a transport order.

For the purposes mentioned in point 2, your data shall also be forwarded to the responsible branches of Flott Trans Logistik or to IT service providers we use.

  1. Use of Cookies

Internet Cookies are small data packages that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. We use Cookies on our website. Such Cookies are necessary to allow you to move freely around the website and use its features, including accessing secure areas of the website. Cookies are also necessary for the function of online orders for transport orders for technical reasons.

Most browsers are set so as to automatically accept Cookies. However, you can deactivate the storage of Cookies or set your browser to notify you as soon as Cookies are sent.

  1. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis services of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses Cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and which facilitate an analysis of how you use the website. The information created by the cookie about how you use this website (including your IP address) are transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. Google shall use this information to evaluate your use of the website, put together reports on the website activities for the website operator and render additional services associated with the website and internet use. Google may also forward such data to third parties insofar as this is required by law or insofar as third parties process such data by order of Google. You can prevent the installation of the Cookies by way of a corresponding setting in your browser software.

  • You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected or erased without delay (Article 16 – 17, GDPR).

You can contact us about your concern by letter to Flott Trans Logistik GmbH, Wiener Straße 441, 8046 Graz, or by e-mail at b.apoloner@terminfracht.at. When exercising your rights, we ask you to send us a personally signed document with your request and a copy of an official photo identification.

Please be as specific as possible about your request so that we can process it quickly. We will endeavour to deal with your request as quickly as possible, however within one month at the latest.
